Excellent product! There is definitely a learning curve. Once you get your temps and seasoning down your in. Using the onion technique really works. I use an onion before each cook now. Only down side is the wait. I waited 3 weeks as that was the wait time according to grill grates, I then waited another 2 weeks before I called and they stated the grates would not be in for another 5 weeks. I co6not believe it as I already paid for them. A miracle happened and3 days after phone call I received them. Frustrated but happy They need do a little better with.cudtomer support.

These grates have rejuvenated my old gas grill. I have never had it cook so well. I thought that I was just replacing my grates but I have a whole new grilling system! The gas savings alone will pay for this great addition to my grill. Heat is evenly distributed, eliminating hot spots, and adding additional cooking space, due to far fewer cool spots. I have not yet flipped them over but I am looking forward to smash burgers!
