GG is an amazing upgrade to my Large BGE. I can’t imagine not using them when grilling anything hot & fast. They make your grill more predictable as the heat is uniformly spread across the entire surface, for the most part reducing hot spots. Purchased an infra-red thermometer because I wanted to see if the GG actually got hotter vs an area that didn’t have it on and everything that the company pledges is true - Way higher temps than the dome reading. Love my GG’s.

Use the reverse side for excellent pizza and for excellent searing of meat. This type of metal heats up as fast as the control panel indicates, no extra time and pellets wasted for the pizza stone or pizza iron to heat up for pizza cooking or meat searing. The reason for only four stars is that putting pellets below the food on the regular side of grate allows the grease to drip on the pellets and put them out. Also, metal cannot generate additional heat, the statement that this grate will increase the temperature by up to 200 degrees is BS.

I've Used GrillGate For Years For Several Of My Gas, Charcoal And Wood Burning Grills But Never For My Air Fryer And Then I Saw Our Commercial Using It In An Air Fryer And A Size That Fit Mine...I'm In Heaven Now Evenly Searing My Steaks, Fishes, Ribs and Bacon...Even Veggies And Fruits Like Zuchinis, Eggplant, Asparagus, Pineapples And Banana Wrapped In Bacon...I've Also Used The Griddle Side In My Wood Pellet Pizza Oven and It Works Great..Evenly Cooking The Freshly Handmade Pizza Dough...Keep Up Great work

So far, so good. Seems to be a very well made product, after only one cook, they seem to work great! I do need to figure out how to keep them attached better, but I think I can get that worked out. They are a great company and a pleasure to work with.
