I had one of their first tools similar to this but it had both sides as the slotted tongs. This made the tool quite flimsy and picking up a large steak was difficult. I have not tried this yet but the additional stiffness will be appreciated thanks to the one side being solid instead of a second set of the channel tongs.

Grates fit perfectly. They were special size but Customer Service helped me get grates sized to fit my Son’s grill.
