you should package your grill cleaner other than just in a plastic bag when shipped w/grill grates. when I received my order I noticed there was something running out of the box. upon inspection the grill cleaner had the spray cap knocked off of the bottle and almost all of the cleaner had run out into the shipping box.

I’ve had grill grates for years now but mistakenly bought the wrong size for my pellet grill. Finally got the right size and the griddle plate to go with them, both are a must have for searing on a pellet grill imo!

Ah, rare is the product that lives up to the hype. I was ready to purchase a new grill because I figured my Spirit II just wasn't getting hot enough to provide good sears/grill marks By chance I saw someone referring to "GrillGrates" on a forum. Figured I'd give it a shot and ordered the replacement grates for my grill. Wow! What a difference - my grill is searing and producing nice grill marks for some picture perfect stakes Not much else to say - just a great product that for once works as advertised

I love the product but their shipping stinks. Took me 14 days to get. Improve your shipping Grill Grate. The girl I spoke to was also not very understanding.

Must use the Smokey Joe with vent control on the bottom. the grill grates reduce the air getting to the coals and tend to smother the fire. Also, no need to use the grill that comes with the Smokey Joe - the Grill grates fit perfectly alone. Works well for reducing flare-ups with direct hot cooking.
