One grate was cut short but Wendi in Customer Service handled it extremely well and the correct replacement arrived a few days later. Excellent customer service!

I have had several sets of GrillGrates on other grills, so I ordered a set for the dilapidated Napoleon grill that came with my newly purchased house. They are a perfect fit and will reduce the chronic problems with flare up that I had before. My only negative comment is that I ordered these directly from GrillGrate, and it took about 10 days to receive them. I should have ordered them through Amazon, which would have been much faster.

Great deal @ 20% off! Typically only need 1/2 when grilling for two. They do block the airflow, so you have to adjust the vents differently. I would happily buy them again!

These are the greatest grates I have ever used we use on our outside fire pit and everything comes out perfect And thanks so much for such a great product.Hi Inc. two of your griddles with two of the grill grates and it works real well. Blane

Excellent product. I purchased a set a few years ago for my dad and after seeing the durability and performance I had to get a set for myself once my OEM grates failed. Highly recommend!

I had a very pleasant experience with GrillGrate. The product itself is impressive. It really feels like I got what I paid for. I immediately threw some brats and burgers on and they cooked up perfectly. Looking forward to trying out the flat top sides in the future. Big thanks to Wendi and Brad with customer support as well they helped me out when I messed up and ordered the wrong thing. They made the refund/reorder process as smooth as possible.
