I've done steak, pork chops and a slab of red salmon on these already. Perfect cooking and no sticking. Even the salmon skin stayed with the fish!

My Weber Genesis Silver "C" is over 20 years old but you wouldn't know it by looking at it. It has held up well. I purchased a replacement set of GrillGrates for the Genesis Silver "B". Luckily the dimensions between model series haven't changed in 20 years and the GrillGrates fit perfectly. I was able to use them for the very first time yesterday and I have to tell you, I couldn't be happier. I decided to take out my old cast iron grates and replace them with the GrillGrates. My old Weber is like new again. I did as suggested and seasoned them with an onion. Worked perfectly. I cooked a few hamburgers and brats and they came out amazing. I plan on cooking some of my famous Hawaiian Huli Huli chicken next. I have no doubt it will be just as amazing. Thank You GrillGrates!

Bravo! The GrillGrates fit my grill perfectly! I have used them a few times since installing and the grill is performing better than ever. I use less gas than I did with the original weber grates and maintain two cooking zones with direct and indirect cooking areas. I wish I knew about GrillGrates sooner, I would have replaced my grates years ago.

I’ve had my Weber Kettle grill for quite some time. I was thinking about purchasing a new grill but there’s sooo many choices! So when I saw these I decided to upgrade my grates instead - now I have a griddle option too. The tools work great with the grates. Worth the extra expense. Love them!

I’ve only used it for a couple of weeks, and was purchased primarily to add grill marks after a sous vide cook on steaks. It heats fast, and does a very good job of obtaining those desired cross hatch marks that make the steak so visually appealing. It worked well on a couple of tuna loins last night. I only rated it a 4 because I’ve only used it a couple weeks. But I am very pleased with it so far.
