Phenomenal! I'd been a little skeptical of the hype for these over the last few years; however, I got myself a set as an extra Christmas present. From the get-go, they have transformed my kettle to the rib-eye machine: equivalent and/or better in heat, searing, grid marks, timing, etc. to my infrared propane grill. Seasoned with an onion rub down, no stick at all. Keep up the good work!

The grill grates and griddles are excellent. I have both, and have gifted my son and son in-law grates and griddles. we are all very satisfied.

The grill grate exceeded my expectations on first try on my pellet grill. Normally I would try to brown one side of salmon fillets on a mat a 500* and often that did not do the trick. I put the grill grate smooth surface up at 450* and the salmon bowned beautifully and evenly with 2 minutes. Next time I will reduce the heat to 400*.

Great price and just a small nick on the back side of the grate. Easily fixed with my tool with a grindstone . Can't wait to cook a steak on my Blackstone using it.

works great. improves performance of the old weber. grates are a little more difficult to keep clean, but the extra work is worth it.
