Initial experience has been great. I first seasoned the grates with an onion and cooked burgers first with no sticking at all. I've cooked a chicken, steaks, and ribs so far all with great results and beautiful grill marks on ribeyes at 600°. These are a necessary addition to the bullseye. For the price of the grill, the original cooking grate is a bit light duty. GrillGrates complete it much nicer!

Grill Brush from Grate Valley does an amazing job cleaning the grill without worrying about little pieces getting loose around food.

I was a bit disappointed that I received a defective tongs, but after talking with a representative he made it right. The grill set is really nice and I appreciate the quick response from the representative. I will be ordering more products in the future. Thank you, David K. Texas
