This product is amazing both quality and function. Got 1 to start with as a Fathers Day gift for my father already planning on at least 1 more but possibly 2. With 3 my father would have near full grill coverage but it would also allow him to at least have 2 at a time in case my mom “borrows” 1 for the defrost capability (she was actually the first one to use it after my father opened it lol)!

Have received the grill with scratches/dents here and there out of the box. Below only available to attach two photos but there are more spots with scratches and dents. Contacted customer service. They treated it as not a big deal, saying it can be from a racking process. But that was out of the box and never been used. Disappointed both on the quality control and the customer service's response.

The grates are just a little to long for my on-the-go grill, causing it not to close all the way. Other than that, they are amazing.
