Doesn't work well with the new PK hinged cooking grid (Stainless steel). The hinge on the grid causes a gap between the grid and the grillgrate. Otherwise it's a great product.

I can also confirm that the new stainless hinged cooking grid offered by PK grills does not work well with these grates. There is indeed a gap when using the entire grill grate on the PK. I feel that the temp near this gap is not hot enough for a good sear and usually have to sear on the non hinged side. Brad here do you think a GAP panel - our 2 rib panel might bridge the gap?

I do a lot of grilling and have 7 grills. This set of grates is my 3rd. I think that speaks for itself. These grates will change the way you grill forever.

By filling out the grill surface I am able to use a lower setting for the same heat and get better and more uniform overall heated grates

I ordered a gap panel of a custom length to fit my grill. I received a full sized panel. So I called Brad and assured me it was being taken care of. Received the gap panel in two days with a return for the original grates. I love my grill grates and cook in them daily. As I discussed with Brad, I plan on using the gap panel to add a smokey flavor by putting pieces of pecan on the gap and the food on an indirect heat while smoking, then finishing the food on the grill grates as they are intended for cooking. I have already used this method and it's well worth the price of a panel. Great product, great customer service, great value.

This head is far better than wire or spiral head brushes for use on grill grates, about 2 passes on the grate and it'd done, love it.

Bristles are long enough and plenty tough to be able to scrap the mess that accumulates between the anvils of the grates. Wanted a non-metallic brush, and this one fits the bill.

Commercial brush makes prepping the GrillGrates a snap. Easy to replace the head after lots and lots of use. Heavy duty bristles get into the channels well and remove debris easily.

Great product and family approves! Bought a bigger Lodge pan to use and accommodate this product--worked perfect. Good induction of heat from a gas stove top, measured grill temperatures in 500 deg F plus with IR thermometer. A great kitchen option which is tempting to use more like often now.
