I made a thick strip steak for my first cook using GGs on the little Weber, and, I was very pleased with the result. The grill marks were quite prominent, and the steak cooked quickly with the high temperature that was available in this unit. The only negative regarding the GrillGrates for this little Weber was that I had to buy the spatula with the grates. Sincfe I already have a spatula for my bigger gas grill, and do not plan to use the little Weber other than on my patio- I would have preferred the option of getting the grates w/o the spatula for a lower price.

love this grill grate, fits my unknown port. gas grill, and not any flair ups !! just have to get used to turning things over, tend to go too far, and push the grates to the rear, just need to pay more attn. !

I wasn’t able to sear well on my Pit Boss Pellet Grill. GrillGrates fixed that. Also, it’s a lot easier to clean the stuff off the GrillGrates than the shroud over the burn pot.

I use the grates on a Traeger PTA+. They make all the difference in the world for grilling steaks and pizza on the grill. Temps top out at grill surface about 100 - 150F higher than before reaching 475. Vastly improves verstillity and quality of grilling on my little PTG. If you have a pellet grill, you need GrillGrates!

Hosted a party recently and my initial cook with these made my life much easier. I was grilling 7 pounds of hamburgers and didn’t have to fight flare ups ONCE. I have a cheap table top grill that was under $15. Bought the Weber to go grill grate which fits perfect. Was hesitant to buy it since the grate cost more then the grill but I did since it was 15% off. The BEST investment I ever made. Cleans easy, no more flare ups. The best chicken & burgers ever. So juicy !!! If your thinking about it...do it !!! You well deserve it !!!

Work very nicely to complete my grill surface. I've never had a problem with the grill grate system. The only item I've had trouble with is the instant read thermometer. Seems to jump around with temperatures varying 10-20 degrees. Brad here- Instant reads are just that- instant- I use a couple of reads to be certain and test each piece of food in sequence to get overall feel of cook process.

I have always relied on visual appearance and past experience. Now find that I don't dry meat out as frequently as before.

I have now upgraded two grills to Grill Grates! I believe the grates will last a life time. If I ever buy another grill I will be sure my Grill Grates will fit the one I purchase. Awesome item!

The thermometer work great and appears to be very accurate but the price is way out of line compared to the ones I subsequently checked out on Amazon.

Bought for my Weber Q200. They arrived quickly, seem sturdy, work fine, and get nice and hot. However, for what they cost I expected better fit and finish. They don't cover the entire grill surface leaving quite a bit of gap around the edges making for an even smaller grilling area. They also prevent the grill from closing fully due to the now much higher grilling surface. I also can't fold the side tables in after grilling and close the grill to cover it. Was hoping for a bit more of premium product based on the price.

In truth I don’t use the bag for holding grill grates.....they stay permanently fixed to my PK Grill. I found out this bag is the perfect shape to hold other things....I use the bag to hold the grill grate spatula and tongs as well as all my other grilling stuff....carving knife and fork, temp gun and instant temp probe, matches, etc. That way when it’s time to grill, I grab the bag and take it to the grill and all the stuff is at reach very quickly. Since my PK Grills are easy to transport, this bag is awesome for traveling too.

All I can say is they are great, I have a 24'' pit boss kamado and they stop flair ups and they cook even over the grill, cooked chop and they came out so moist and cook so even on the inside of chop, just got to watch temp they run about 100 deg hotter then temp gage on kamado, I luv them!!!!!!!!!!!!!
