I am really struggling to see why people have give such rave reviews. They are ok. They do make my gas grill hotter at the grill surface. But, even when they are reading at 600+ degrees with a Thermoworks IR thermometer, fish still sticks. It is a bit early for a review but they asked so I am giving it. There is probably a learning curve and I will update the review when my testing is done in a few months. ++++++++ Brad here Steve. I ran the heck out of a SmokeFire and really like how the GG performed. Fish sticking won't happen long after they are seasoned. On my EX 4 I have 2 panels on the left flipped to the flat side and 2 on the right (hotter side of the EX4) #Grillon

Purchased the GrillGrate set for my medium Big Green Egg. Perfect fit. Perfect sear marks. Minimizes flame ups. The BEST tasting and BEST looking Filets I have ever grilled on the Egg!

Love cooking with the grill great! However, cleaning is a different story. The ends are so sharp it is difficult to clean, and it is dangerous. Surprised me that such a wonderful product had such a serious flaw. +++++++++++++++++++ Brad here Cheryl- we are addressing that, the manufacturing of that round does create some sharp edges which sometimes are too sharp. Glad it cooks well and thank you for your feedback- it reminds me how important it is to improve this item!

I bought a used gas grill at an auction. It worked find but I didn't think it got hot enough. So I invested in a set of GrillGrates. Works great period.

Works better than cast iron grates, easier to clean and sear marks are more pronounced. Have to turn down Seat Box Temperature as advertised.

I don't know how they do it but this grill delivers excellent taste and texture. The first time using the product and my steaks were succulent and very flavourful with just a steak rub on them. So easy to use and clean afterwards. I would highly recommend this grill.

I'm a huge Weber Grill fan, but hated how my grill would flare up all the time. I ordered new replacement Grill Grates, and they work amazing! Perfectly grilled steaks, burgers and chicken. Best grill investment I had made so far. You wont be disappointed.

I was having flare up issues with my Weber genesis and did quite a bit of research for a solution. After reading the reviews and guidance on the full replacement I opted for the half set. Dropped in for a perfect fit. I have now done 3 steaks and it is once again a joy to grill them. Zero flare up on high heat. Steaks are seared without getting burnt and I have the other half with my regular grate for other meats and temperature control. I seasoned my grate with onion and so far so good. If you are tired of flare ups grilling, look no further. These WORK!

This is my second GrillGrate set, bought to fit my new gas grill. It covers almost all of the grill surface of my four-burner gas grill to give me plenty of cooking space. I like GrillGrate because it gives me an even cooking temperature and controls flare-ups effectively. In the booklet that came with my new set, I learned to use the flat side of the GrillGrate to cook hamburgers to perfection. My most common uses of my grill are steaks, chicken breasts, pork chops and hamburgers. All are easier on a GrillGrate.

I love my grill grate it cooks fantastic and clean up is a breeze. I use it in almost every mode of cooking not just grilling for my Ninja XL 6 in 1 !!

I ordered my grillgrates with my Grilla Silverbac pellet smoker. I couldn't be happier. My hamburgers are almost always perfect now. I cook steak, salmon, fish frequently on the grillgrates. NO flare ups. Perfectly seared meat. Easy to flip and take meat off without scraping things due to the spatula that slides under the meat in the valleys. Very satisfied customer! Thank you for creating a great product.

Thank You for Grill Grate! I ordered mine for my birthday in July and now cook out about 5 days a week. SmashBurgers are the best along with Bacon on the flat grill. We also use the flat grill to cook in pans with fajitas peppers and onions and other items. The Grill Tool is the best - as it slides under the grates to lift off the meat easily to turn for the grill marks, just like a fancy restautrant. Received my Grill Grates recently and have used it several times. Everything in the adds are real! Great bbqing experience. Still trying to learn how to use them. They are so much hotter than normal grills and no flare ups. Appear to be really well constructed with good materials. I expect them to last a long time. More than satisfied with the purchase. Have convinced a couple of my friends that they need them ! Great purchase.

I have used the griddle side and the grill side, and both are virtually non-stick, and clean up easily! I recently did a steak on the grill, and while the taste is the same as the original grill plate of my Ninja XL 6 in 1, the presentation was much better as I was able to achieve crisscross grill marks. I just purchased the combo tongs/spatula and look forward to using it as it fits between the rails for easier lifting than using standard tongs. Shout out to Wendi at Grill Grate - my original grill/griddle arrived damaged, and she gave great customer service in sending me a replacement. +++++++++++++++++++ We'll pass along your comments to Wendi! She's a long time employee here and she does a grrrrrrate job!
