Large Mushroom Caps

Ground Chicken Sausage, Cooked

0.125

cups

Panko Breadcrumbs

Cream Cheese

0.25

Slice of Raw Bacon, Slivered

Directions

Step 1

Prepare the mushrooms by washing and removing the stems. Pat dry.

Step 2

Place a teaspoon of cream cheese in each of the mushroom caps.

Step 3

Combine ground sausage, breadcrumbs, and raw bacon slivers to make mushroom stuffing.

Step 4

Preheat the SearNSizzle™ in the middle position on AirCrisp at 390F for 10 minutes.

Step 5

Stuff each mushroom cap with the sausage stuffing.

Step 6

Place the stuffed mushroom caps on the rails of the SearNSizzle™ and cook for 12-14 minutes or until the stuffing has browned slightly and the mushroom is cooked through.
