boneless, skinless chicken thighs

Directions
Step 1
Prepare the Sriracha Ranch Sauce
In a bowl, whisk together the ranch dressing, Sriracha sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Adjust the Sriracha sauce to your preferred level of spiciness. Set aside.
Step 2
Grill the Chicken Thighs
Preheat your GrillGrates (rails up) to medium-high heat. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper. Brush the chicken thighs with olive oil for extra crisp. Grill the chicken thighs for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and have desired grill marks. Make sure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C)
Step 3
Assemble the Sandwiches
Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until they are lightly browned. Spread a generous amount of Sriracha Ranch sauce on the bottom half of each bun. Place a lettuce leaf on top of the sauce, followed by a slice of tomato. Add two grilled chicken thighs on top of the tomato along with 2 pieces of cooked bacon. • Add red onion slices if desired. Top with the other half of the bun.
