At GrillGrate, we love grilling Pork Belly but don’t always have the time to put into a longer, more involved recipe. We’ve cooked up a minimal-prep Pork Belly recipe that’s sure to please any crowd. We used two pork bellies for this recipe to ensure we had enough for everyone but feel free to halve (or double) our amounts. Happy grilling!

Directions
Step 1
Preheat your smoker to 300° using your favorite charcoal.
Step 2
Season your pork belly liberally
We used a mixture of Blues Hog Ritas & Fajitas, Heath Riles Authentic Garlic Jalapeno Rub, Crove Food Co. Pork Rub & Seasoning, Killer Hogs BBQ Rub and Boar’s Night Out White Lightning.
Step 3
Smoke the pork belly on your pre-heated smoker until the internal temperature reads 165°.
Step 4
Sear off your pork belly
On the flat side of pre-heated GrillGrates on your smoker or on another grill (remember GrillGrates turn your pellet smoker into a pellet grill!), sear off your pork belly until crispy (griller’s choice as to how crispy you like your pork belly).
Step 5
Slice your super crispy pork belly into pieces and serve!
We love our Pork Belly with mashed potatoes, braised greens and grilled asparagus.
