Inspired by a classic Greek recipe, the combination of lemon and rosemary along with copious amounts of garlic really transforms mundane chicken thighs into something super delicious!

6-8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
10-12 cloves of garlic, minced
3 lemons, juiced and zested
1 cup of olive oil
2 T minced rosemary
2 t cracked black pepper
2 t kosher salt
2 t red pepper flakes
Directions
Step 1
Place all ingredients except chicken in a large bowl and whisk to combine. Place chicken thighs in a large ziplock bag and pour marinade over. Be sure chicken is thoroughly coated before sealing bag. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours but no more than 12 before grilling.
