Directions
Step 1
Insert Sear'NSizzle™ into your favorite air fryer rail down and gentle spray with avocado oil spray or choice non stick spray. Preheat to 400°F.
Step 2
Combine all ingredients for pesto together and blend with immersion blender or small food processor.
Step 3
Combine 75% of pesto with chicken/steak. Allow to marinate for a couple of hours, up to overnight.
Step 4
Arrange strips of bacon between two sheets of plastic wrap and gentle roll with rolling pin lengthwise to thin bacon. Cut strips in half.
Step 5
Wrap each piece of chicken/steak with bacon.
Step 6
Assemble skewers, alternating between bacon wrapped chicken/steak and cherry tomatoes. (Begin with a cherry tomato and end with a tomato on each skewer).
Step 7
Place each skewer on on the Sear'NSizzle™ and reduce temperature to 300°F.
Step 8
Allow 4 minutes before rotating skewer, 4 minutes on the opposite side and then rotate a third time for 4 minutes, until you reach internal temperature of 162°F. (Once at 162°F this will allow for a carry over temperature to 165°F for complete doneness).

Rest for 3 minutes before serving.
