We had Chef Joe Costa in the GrillGrate test kitchen, cooking up one of his favorite vegan recipes in the Ninja Foodi on the Sear'NSizzle™ GrillGrate.

Boars Night Out, White Lightning Seasoning
Vegetable or Canola Oil
Directions
Step 1
Put the Sear'NSizzle™ GrillGrate rails side down on the rack in your Ninja Foodi. Preheat your Foodi for 10 minutes on broil (450°F).
Step 2
Use 1/3 of the the 12oz package of Impossible™ Burger (4oz) per quesadilla. Slice the meat into about 5 "mini patties".
Step 3
Sprinkle mini patties with Board Night Out, White Lightning seasoning for added Umami flavor.
Step 4
Spray one side of each tortilla with Vegetable Oil or Canola Oil.
Step 5
Once your Foodi is preheated, put patties on the smooth side of the SNS grate and cook for 5 minutes, flipping one.
Step 6
Remove the mini patties and put the first tortilla in, oil side down.
Step 7
Break up and add your sliced vegan Gouda. Then add your mini patties back in, and lastly sprinkle shredded Pepperjack cheese.
Step 8
Cook for 2 minutes. Open your Foodi and add the top of the quesadilla, cook for 1 additional minute.
