Directions
Step 1
Combine Barbecue Sauce, Ketchup, Soy Sauce, Rice Wine Vinegar, and Chili Powder in a bowl.
Step 2
Preheat GrillGrates on your grill with a medium heat. We recommend grilling these skewers with the rails up.
Step 3
Build your skewers by alternating hot dogs, zucchini, squash, onion and peppers. Brush them all over with the sauce and place on your preheated GrillGrates.
Step 4
Grill your skewers on a medium heat, flipping every few minutes and basting as needed with the remaining sauce. Grill until skewers are slightly charred, for about 10 minutes.
