Step 1
Cut pineapple up into slices, then use shot glass to cut out center of pineapple slices

Cut up red onion. Drizzle oil as well as salt and pepper on red onion.

Light grill and allow it to preheat with the GrillGrates rail side up. Put pineapple and onion on the grill to allow caramelization. Cook for two and a half minutes, then flip and cook for another two and a half minutes.
Step 4
Flip the GrillGrates over to the flat side. Set pork paddies on the grill and smash the burgers.

Cook for around three minutes, flip then cook for an additional three minutes.
