Filet Mignon steaks
Salt & Pepper to taste

balsamic vinegar

Step 1
Place the GrillGrate for Pizza + Indoor Ovens and preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Step 2
Season the Filet Mignon steaks with salt and pepper, then brush them with olive oil.
Step 3
Sear the steaks on each side for 2-3 minutes until they develop grill marks.
Step 4
Leave the seared steaks in the oven and continue cooking for an additional 5-7 minutes for medium-rare (adjust cooking time based on your desired doneness).
Step 5
While the steaks are in the oven, prepare the balsamic glaze.
In a small saucepan, simmer the balsamic vinegar over low heat until it thickens to a syrup-like consistency. This should take about 5-7 minutes.
