Sweet Onion Sliced Thinly
1
tbsp
Butter
2
Swiss Cheese
2

Directions
Step 1
Form the ground beef into a rectangular burger patty about the same size and shape of your bread slices. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
Step 2
Preheat the SearNSizzle™ in the middle position on broil for 10 minutes with rails down.
Step 3
Place the butter on the flat side of the SearNSizzle™ and saute the onion in the butter on broil with a pinch of salt for about 5 minutes or until the onions become wilted and slightly translucent.
Step 4
Set aside.
Step 5
Carefully, flip the SearNSizzle™ so the rails are up and repeat the preheating. Once preheated, grill the burger for about 4-6 minutes total or to your desired doneness flipping once.
Step 6
Put the rye bread slices on the SearNSizzle™ and air fry for 2 minutes. Flip the bread and put the grilled onion evenly on each slice. Top the onion with the swiss cheese and air fry for another 1-2 minutes or until the cheese starts to melt.
Step 7
Put the burger between the slices of bread with melted cheese and onion.
