Step 1
Light grill and allow to preheat
Step 2
Dice onion, slice tomatoes and lettuce. Chop up the brisket in bite size pieces.
Step 3
Put GrillGrates on grill with the flat side up. toast the bun and cook onions for a few minutes then set them aside.
Step 4
Put chopped up brisket on the grill, and flip over brisket after a few minutes. Put the onions back on the grill and put American cheese over the brisket and allow to melt.
