When you combine our two favorite foods - BBQ Chicken and Pizza, you can't go wrong. Nick from Burnt Pellet BBQ does this amazing recipe on his Kamado Joe and we're just mad we weren't there to eat it!

Pizza Dough
BBQ Sauce
Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
Red Onions
Pickled Jalapenos
Ranch
Cilantro
Crushed Red Pepper
Directions
Step 1
Using GrillGrates rail side up, sear the chicken and allow to cook until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
Step 2
Take the chicken off of the grill and slice up the chicken. Roll out the pizza dough.
Step 3
Flip over the GrillGrates to the flat side and clean off with a spray of water. Cook the pizza dough for around four minutes.
Step 4
Take the dough off the grill and add: BBQ sauce, grilled chicken, fresh mozzarella, red onions, pickled jalapenos, and top off with some more of the grilled chicken.
Step 5
After all the toppings have been added, put the pizza back on the grill for around seven minutes or until the cheese has melted.
