Directions
Step 1
Mix 1/2 Cup of Chopped Green Onions, 1/2 Cup of Light Brown Sugar, 1/2 Cup of Soy Sauce, 6 Ounces of Pineapple Juice, 10 Ounces of Zesty Italian Dressing, and 1/4 Cup of The W Sauce together to create the marinade. Mix together in a bag.
Step 2
Put the steaks in the bag with the marinade and allow to marinate 6-8 hours or overnight.
Step 3
Allow grill to preheat, then dry off tuna and put on Lane's Kapalua seasoning.
Step 4
With the GrillGrates rail side up, spray with duckfat and ensure that the grates are well oiled. Use the duckfat to also spray the steaks as well, just to make sure they will not stick to the grill.
Step 5
Put the steaks on the grill and go 30 seconds between each flip to get the best sear marks.
Step 6
Make salad by mixing spring salad mix, slivered almonds, mandarin oranges, Teriyaki marinade and siracha mayo.
