Step 1
Mix together all Brine ingredients minus the Apple Juice
Step 2
Place pork chops in a shallow container with brine in the bottom. Then, pour the apple juice over the pork chops until it just covers the pork.
Step 3
Shake and refrigerate for 6 hours, minimum
