Step 1
Remove the ahi tuna from the refrigerator and allow it to rest at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking
Step 2
Preheat the SearNSizzle™ in the middle position on broil for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Pat the tuna dry with a paper towel
Step 4
Lightly oil both sides of the tuna and season with salt and pepper
Step 5
Grill the tuna for five minutes total flipping once
