If using these for smashburgers you need to either use these on top of GrillGrates (or your grill’s original grates) or interlock them edge to edge with GrillGrates for support. They will bend under pressure when hot. This happened to me when using them on my grill not interlocked and not on top of any other grates. Luckily, they returned to flat when flipped over and reheated.

The cut ends of the plate have not been finished. There’s a ruff edge which should have been removed (sanded). Otherwise a fantastic product. Thank you.
