   This tool is a perfect match for Grillgrates. Makes it very easy to turn food on the grill, and even to loosen or free food if needed as the edges between the “fingers” can ride along the top of the Grillgrate ridges. Also, the tips of the fingers are angled, making them effective for cleaning out the valleys of the Grillgrates. I did modify the handle of my GrateTool. It was just too long to fit in any drawer near my grill so I cut off about 1 1/2 inches, drilled a fresh hole for the rawhide tie, used a Dremel tool to round the edges, and drilled a new hole for the rawhide strip.

   I purchased 5 grill grates payed over $130.00 dollars for them and the grill grate tool was missing maybe a sales person will read this comment and send it to me. How could I rate a tool when I never got it.
