Works as one would expect, except it can be a bit tricky to get something you’re turning back off the tong and onto the GrillGrates. My first attempt was a piece of salmon that pretty much disintegrated as I was trying to get the uncooked side back on the GrillGrate, but I’ll chalk that up to experience. I would have preferred the combo spatula and tong, but it was out of stock and I didn’t want to pay additional shipping if/when it returns to stock.
