Chef Michael Dellaporta was a long-time GrillGrate employee. Sadly he passed away in the summer of 2021 from a long illness. Fortunately, Michael will live on through the many recipes he created while he was here. Michael was a trained chef and his voice and passion ring clear in his recipes. Enjoy exploring Chef Michael’s recipes! We sure enjoyed grilling them with him. RIP Michael. Your grate creations live on.
