GrillGrates for Chargrillers are an excellent alternative to traditional cast iron grates! They offer many performance advantages over cast iron. GrillGrates are made of hard anodized aluminum. Aluminum is much more conductive for faster, more even heating. The raised rail design delivers bold, consistent sear marks, or flip the grates over for flat-top style griddling. GrillGrates develop excellent non-stick properties with use and are easy to clean and maintain. GrillGrates are 1/2 the weight of cast iron but offer twice the value in terms of energy savings, versatility and ease of use!
