Air Fried Brussel Sprouts have recently become a favorite dish because they are so simple to make. Grilling the sprouts on the SearNSizzle™ intensifies the earthy flavors. When combined with the balsamic reduction and bacon garnish this dish is hard to resist.

Brussel sprouts

Tablespoons Lemon Juice

Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
Kosher Salt

Slice Cooked Bacon Diced
Balsamic Vinegar Reduction (optional)
Directions
Step 1
Cut off the stems of the Brussel sprouts and discard
Step 2
Cut the Brussel sprouts in half and soak in 1 quart of water with lemon juice
Step 3
Set the SearNSizzle™ in the middle position and preheat to 350F on the air fry setting
Step 4
Clean the Brussel sprouts with your hands or a vegetable brush making sure all dirt has been removed
Step 5
Pat Brussel sprouts dry with a paper towel
Step 6
Toss Brussel sprouts in a large bowl with the oil
Step 7
Sprinkle on salt and toss to combine
Step 8
Grill the Brussel sprouts by placing them on the rails of the SearNSizzle™ for 15 minutes or until the tip of a knife can easily slide into the sprout
