A perfect snack for game day even a low carb lunch. Bacon wrapped stuffed jalapenos are a delicious balance of spicy and salty with just the right amount of creaminess in every bite.
Ingredients
Servings
2
Jalapenos
2
Slices of thin Bacon
2
tbsp
Cream Cheese
Directions
Step 1
Wash and slice the peppers lengthwise. Using a spoon, scrape as much of the seeds and white membrane from the inside of the pepper as possible and discard.
Step 2
Each jalapeno cavity is different so the amount of cream cheese that will fit inside will vary from pepper to pepper.
Step 3
Wrap the pepper with a slice of bacon to hold in the filling. Grill pins work well to hold the bacon in place.
Step 4
Take it to the next level! Roll the completed stuffed jalapenos in brown sugar, then grill them! Best poppers you’ve ever had
OMG. We will be trying that!!

I do these all the time. However, I have an improvement over your recipe. Instead of using Cream Cheese, I use Quesadilla Cheese. It melts very well but stays inside the Jalapeno instead of liquifying and running out like Cream Cheese does.
Also, I love your Grill Grates! Best addition to my charcoal grill I’ve ever bought!
Thanks,
